Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans or delayed billing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit card (we do not accept care credit).

Failure to provide payment at the time of service may result in denial of future services.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice ("no-shows") will also incur a no-show fee.

Service Use and Availability

All services provided by South Shore Animal Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to non-payment, repeated late cancellations, or disruptive behavior.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
